A remarkable feature of this area is the placement of many evergreen and other mature trees.Each property owner is a member of the Association which is a registered SD non profit corporation. Additionally, the neighborhood is guided by property covenants which are legal requirements which apply to all the 34 properties within the Association. The covenants were established in the early 1970's when the area was first platted for development.
The Association is governed by a five person board of directors elected by Association members
