Dan and his company were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project. His timeline and quotes were very accurate. His subcontractors showed up when they were supposed to and completed their tasks on time. He also didn't charge excessive overage charges for change orders. Sierra Construction was wonderful to work with on our custom home construction! Sierra Construction was referred to us by our mortagage company and friends. They all said he is very detail oriented, easy to work with and builds a beautiful house - and we could not agree more. From the initial work up of our blueprints to the finished product, Sierra Construction was very helpful and answered all our questions. The subcontractors were all easy to work with and had wonderful ideas as well. We love our house and are looking forward to them completing our basement in the near future.

Working with Sierra Construction made building a house seem easy! We would build again in a minute with them. The whole team was so easy to work with, they had great attitudes and they all worked WITH you. I (Teresa) know nothing about blue prints, plans, where a closet should go, etc...but if I ever had questions I felt comfortable enough to call Dan and ask him any question and he would talk to me and give me an answer in a way that I could understand. I appreciated that so much. Our house was build in a such a quick manner, his whole team put in a ton of effort to get things done, they rocked! To wrap it up, we would recommend Sierra Construction to anyone!!

"Our project with Dan was our second new home. We had such a great building experience on our first home that when we decided to build again, we went back to that same contractor. When we found out that he had retired and we have to find a different builder, we were concerned that we would suffer the bad experiences and horror stories that you always hear about contractors and their subs. That was definitely not the case with Dan! If anything, our experience was better and our house is better constructed! Dan was extremely easy to work with on project changes. It was obvious that he was striving to give us exactly what we wanted and to be fair about it. Dan's staff and subs were all easy to work with and respectful of our property. Even our banker said that Dan was one of the best contractors that he had ever worked with. Dan work was thorough, organized and accurate. The project was kept on time and within budget. I was referred to Sierra from friends that had recently built their home. This was the second home I built and for a single woman, it was important for me to find some I trusted, particularly after first experience was less than desirable (A lot of surprises and costs at the end). My plan was to meet with as many builders as I could. Dan was the first builder I meet with and I stopped right there. I immediately trusted Dan and had no reservations(not typical for me). Dan was open, honest and available throughout the whole process AND after. Never once did Dan take more than 2 days to get back to me but it was typically within 24 hours. He helped me with the design of my floor plans and offered all options and costs up front. Dan was constantly mindful of my budget, even when I wasn't! I was in my home for about 1 year and decided to finish the basement. I didn't hesitate to all call Dan. His crew and subcontractors were very respectful and courteous. Since the completion Dan has remained available for questions and is a great person to work with. I would without any hesitation recommend Dan to anyone and will call him again if...when I decide to build again!
